Smittyware.com eGifts allow you to purchase software products as gifts for friends, family... whoever you wish to give them to. This is not possible during the normal registration process, since certain information (such as the HotSync user name for Palm OS® products) must be given in order for registration to proceed.

When an eGift is purchased, a coupon code will be emailed to you that is good for one free copy of the software it is associated with. You may take the email that contains the code and either print it out or forward it to the true recipient. The coupon code is then entered during the checkout process after its associated product is added to the shopping cart.
