These are all features scheduled for future releases, a lot of which will probably be implemented as plugins. Check this list before you submit a feature request!

Advanced waypoint calculations
I'm planning on more calculations besides projection, mainly that involve calculating one waypoint based on multiple source locations. The main issues before I can get this done are with the user interface design for it, and conversion of degrees to UTM and back.

Support for more mapping software
Waypoint export is currently supported for a small handful of mapping applications... ok, there's two of them. If you are aware of a mapping program that has a way for external programs to feed coordinates to it, please let me know.
