Welcome to Smittyware's support area! This part of the site will contain various automated tools to take care of the most common support requests. Of course, this area will not address all possible support issues so, if yours isn't covered, feel free to contact support after checking the FAQ for the answer to your question.

You may submit up to five automated support requests per 24 hour period. This limit is in order to help prevent abuse of the system. For your security, the results of a request will be sent via email to the address in our records for a given order. A confirmation message will be displayed after the request is submitted to indicate that it was processed successfully.

Order Information
Given an email address, returns all orders and existing registration codes associated with it.

Change Email Address
Change the email address associated with a given order.

NOTE: The following options are for requesting NEW product registration codes. If you're looking for EXISTING codes for an order, use the Order Information query above... that's what it's there for. If you scroll past this without reading it and waste a code request anyway, it will NOT be refunded.

Request NEW Registration Code (Palm OS)
Request a corrected registration code for a Palm OS program, due to either a mis-typed HotSync name during registration or a changed HotSync name. Up to five codes per order are allowed. Plain-text HotSync names and RegAid™ codes are supported.

Request NEW Registration Code (Windows Mobile)
Request a corrected registration code for a Windows Mobile program. Up to five codes per order are allowed.
